Sophia Liu is the Senior Immigration Paralegal at Wei & Associates. Ms. Liu brings 10 years of experiences in assisting immigration attorneys with achieving clients’ American dreams.  Ms. Liu specializes in all family-based immigration petitions and business non-immigrant/immigrant petitions, especially J-1 Waiver, H-1B petitions for foreign physicians and other specialized positions, L-1A/L-1B, E visas and O visas, PERM, I-140/EB-1, EB2, EB3 and National Interest Waiver (NIV). Prior to her Senior Immigration Paralegal position at Wei & Associates, Ms. Liu worked as the EB-5 Project Manager at a USCIS authorized Regional Center for 2 years. Ms. Liu has helped over 200 families obtain their green cards through EB-5 Program.

Ms. Liu also held the position of Immigration Paralegal at a very reputable immigration law firm in Washington DC for 5 years, specializing in foreign physicians H-1B visas, NVC Processing, I-140 petitions and Green Card applications.
